The blue light emitted by screens of electronic devices can lead to eyestrain and dry eye symptoms such as dry and irritated eyes. To avoid this there are few free softwares and apps available. List of these is as below
1. f.lux [Windows]
f.lux is available to be used on Windows for free. It makes the colour of your computer’s display adapt to the time of day, warm at night and like sunlight during the day.

4. Bluelight Filter for Eye Care [Android]
This app adjusts your screen color to reduce the blue light and helps your eyes to relax, making it easier for you to fall asleep.
